Purpose of the Resource
Texas public-record access does not mean that every record is displayed in one searchable place. The Comanche County Sheriff and Jail Division maintain the current county-custody path, while the Texas Department of Criminal Justice maintains a separate locator for qualifying state-prison custody. Court clerks record what happens after booking. When the public PDF is not enough, a written request to the custodian is the appropriate next step. This site brings those official starting points together without hosting arrest records or photographs.
Information Available Here
Pages are arranged around the real Comanche County record trail, not a collection of faces or copied listings.
- The home resource explains the current roster, booking record fields, records requests, and later court paths.
- Most Wanted distinguishes historic wanted material from a live warrant confirmation.
- Crime News & Mugshots identifies official and local reporting sources and their limits.
- City pages explain how Comanche, De Leon, and Gustine arrests reach the county custody and court systems.
- Official state and federal custody locators are described only for the custody states they actually cover.
Limits of This Private Site
This is an independently operated reference resource. It is not connected to the Comanche County Sheriff’s Office, Comanche County Jail, TDCJ, a court, or another government agency. It cannot access a government database, change an official record, or speak for an agency.
- It cannot release, hold, transfer, or locate a person in custody.
- It cannot post bond, schedule a visit, or arrange money services.
- It does not provide legal advice or decide whether a record may be released.
- It cannot promise that an agency’s address, fee, or public link remains current.
Only the responsible Sheriff, jail, court, or corrections office can confirm custody, release status, charges, or a record response.
Search Partners
Some pages contain search boxes operated by third-party providers with their own prices, terms, and results. A paid enrollment through a partner can produce a referral fee for this site. Those providers control their own services, and a referral does not make their result an official Comanche County record.
